Can I install this under sink filter myself?
Yes, you can install this undersink water purifier yourself if you have basic plumbing skills. It’s WaterMark approved, meaning it meets Australian plumbing standards. If you prefer, your local licensed plumber can install it for you as well.
What contaminants does it remove?
This system focusses on heavy metal water filtration and chemicals. It filters out over 130 contaminants with targeted protection against Chlorine, Lead and VOC for maximum safety. Key removals include Fluoride, PFAS, Bacteria, Viruses, Microplastics, Chlorine, and heavy metals.
How do I replace the cartridge?
Simply twist open the housing, remove the old cartridge, insert the new one, and twist the housing closed. No special tools are required — and a filter wrench is included to make the process even easier. It’s quick and straightforward.

Suitable for our Benchtop and Undersink water filter systems, it features a unique design that utilises a two-part construction: Outer ceramic layer with antimicrobial properties and Inner carbon core for chemical contaminant protection.
